个人简介:

 杨远俊,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事二维磁性、多铁性与关联电子体系物态调控以及低维自旋电子器件物理研究,基于国内外大科学装置发展同步辐射、强磁场中的先进表征手段和方法(软X-ray吸收、光电子能谱、高分辨X-ray衍射、红外近场显微、磁力显微等),探索自旋、轨道、晶格、电荷多重序竞争下的低维磁性材料与关联电子体系演生效应随原位多物理场的演化规律与调控机制。曾或正在主持基金委面上项目、青年、博士后面上和特别资助、安徽省自然科学基金等项目,作为研究骨干参与了基金委重点项目以及科技部重点研发计划等。在此基础上,取得了一系列研究成果,在Appl. Phys. Lett.Phys. Rev. BPhys. Rev. Lett.等国际期刊上发表研究论文60余篇,引用超过1200余次;在国际/国内学术会议上做报告20余场次;中国发明专利5项;是Appl. Phys. Lett.J. Appl. Phys.ACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesMater. Res. Lett.Acta materialia等国际期刊的审稿人。
